... Fight away all of your fears
There's something beautiful about walking into a bedroom, late at night, and seeing a bed with fresh sheets, smelling like fabric softener, and the blankets turned down, and knowing it's for you, and you didn't have to get it ready. That's what I walked into the house to find last night.

There's something about sleeping in and knowing that you've got nothing to do and nowhere to be all day. Relaxing. No deadlines, no constraints. That's what my day was like today.

Paradise, almost. The only thing that could make it better would be seeing a live show. Oh wait, we're doing that tomorrow. Yeah, pretty close to a perfect weekend, I think.

Although Laurel told me that we were weird for driving to another province to see a play that's on video anyways.

My response? It's never crazy to take a road trip, for any reason, and it's never crazy to go see a live show, no matter where it is. Hence, this weekend is doubly not crazy. We may be crazy and weird for numerous other reasons, but those aren't them.

It's late. I'm going to sleep.
