... Forgetfulness
I can't believe I completely forgot about this paper. I've had it written in my daytimer since the beginning of the semester, but I've been so busy with rehearsals, other papers, other assignments, classes, personal stuff... that it completely slipped my mind that I even had it due. So now, I have 3 1/2 hours until I have to hand it in, and I have yet to start. Now that I'm here and I have this very limited amount of time, I have no idea where to start and no motivation to get it done. That's a bad thing. It's not cool to miss an assignment. Especially for a class where I've already missed one assignment in the counterpart class, where the credits are weighed out and averaged together to give me a mark for "Vocal Production and Play Analysis." So, here I go, trying to write an 8-page character analysis of some character. I'll probably do someone from "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof." I don't want to do Maggie, though, because that's too common. Maybe I'll do Mildred from "The Hairy Ape." Although there's not a lot to work from with her--she's such a flat character. I can work with that, though... I can take the "flat-ness" and analyze that. Maybe that'll work... Grrrrr.... I can't believe I forgot it. Oh well... *sigh* Here we go...
