... A breath away's not far to where you are
I can't wait to know you, whoever you may be. To someday know... beyond the romantic notions and fantasies. Past these tears and frustrations into new ones. Right now, I'd welcome those heartaches and struggles, just to be past these. Just to know.

Of course. I can't wait to have someone here; to have a best friend for always; someone here for me for the rest of forever. Of course I can't wait to hold you, to see you, to experience life with you, to have the adventures that I'm waiting for. But more than that, I can't wait to know you. To know you, not just my idea of you.

I can't wait to find out that you've been as excited to know me as I am to know you; that you've dreamed about me for as many nights as I've dreamed about you... that the faceless image can finally be filled in. I can't wait to spend the rest discovering what there is to know... discovering everything that's made you who you are, and being a part of what makes you who you'll be.

I can't rush that day, but I wait for it eagerly. I want to know you, whoever you may be.
