Here's the Friday Five for this week!

1. What is your favorite scary movie? The Evil Dead trilogy. You just can't beat those, especially not at 3:00 in the morning! :o)

2. What is your favorite Halloween treat? Little mini chocolate bars. All the good taste without as much of the guilt.

3. Do you dress up for Halloween? If so, describe your best Halloween costume. Not usually... we didn't really dress up when I was a kid, and I just haven't really done it since then. My best costume was the Bible-time concubine, but my mother always threatened to disown me if I ever wore that out in public, and not onstage.

4. Do you enjoy going to haunted houses or other spooky events? I run the Halloween carnival at my church--I'm responsible for setting it up every year... we do it all in black lights, and it's a huge glow-in-the-dark deal (this year we're expecting at least 1500 people there) with lots of cute kids in costumes, lots of candy, and lots of volunteers. It's a big job to get set up and to supervise takedown of, so that's what my Halloween usually consists of.

5. Will you dress up for Halloween this year? We'll see. Probably not, since I won't be handing out candy or going to a party or anything. Like I said, my day will consist of spending the afternoon and evening at the church setting up and supervising cleanup of the carnival. However, if I was going to a party, or if I do get there at some point, I want to try to find a Belle costume. The big ball gown. :o)
