... In over my head
What the crap?! I just lost a brilliant entry! Well, on its way to being brilliant. Grrr.

Quick recap: The tie dyed arms were a big hit at work. Many double takes and second glances before comments like, "That's just marker... or highlighter... or something. Right?"

Blair got home from London safe and sound on Wednesday, and returned to work on Friday without sustaining any noticeable injuries. So far.

We'll find out tonight whether Sean has a father.

I'm unbelievably proud of Edwin. My kids are growing up so fast, and I'm so proud to be a part of their lives, and to see what kinds of men and women they're turning into. I love them all muchly, and I love that they challenge me.

Garden State ranks up there, after last night, with Before Sunrise and Before Sunset as my favorite movies of the year. Seriously brilliant. Laurel, you need to see all three of them. Particularly Garden State, while I still have it out. Which means tonight, if you can.

And if anyone wants to buy me a belated Christmas present, I would love to have all three of those movies. You know, just if you're looking.

I'm excited for this month and March, in Sunday School. I've got some good lessons, good ideas, a good team, and good support. All very important factors. It's a good thing.

Redundant much? Yes, I have a bigger vocabulary than that--I just don't feel like showing it off today.

Kim and I went Ikea-ing yesterday. Excellent times. I got a fun rocking chair for my bedroom. Although I'm not exactly sure which corner it'll work best in. Ah well... I'll figure it out. Always do.

Laurel, I'm praying for you. I love you, and I know that you'll be great. Whatever happens, things will be good. Trust that--I don't know what else to say. But I don't make the promises; Someone much more trustworthy than I do makes them. That says more to me than anything I can tell you. Call me. And if Sean doesn't give you a hug for me, punch him in the teeth.

And I'm out.
