... Lets me know that you need me
Somewhat surprisingly, I'm actually enjoying this class. I wasn't completely expecting to--I thought that it might be boring, and I've had the professor before, and he can tend to be somewhat dry. For some reason, though, this class works. Maybe it's the fact that it's more varied in terms of presentation style, because there's no way that we could listen to lectures for 6 hours a day, and he knows that. I dunno, but I'm rather enjoying it.

Maybe it also has something to do with the fact that, by tomorrow, I'll be finished that class.

::Goodie Two Shoes::

Onesome: Goodie-- What is your your favorite "goodie" you treat yourself to when you've finished a project or maybe even just survived a long day? Ice cream? ...a long bath? ...a good book? A good book, or a movie. Whether it's curled up on the couch, in my bed, or actually at at theatre... something relaxing. Sometimes a bowl of ice cream or hot chocolate... sometimes it's as simple as getting in the car and driving around for a while, just to get out of the house.

Twosome: Two-- Quick! Two things that make you smile! No thinking, just write! Being silly with friends and acting younger than I am, and watching a baby smile.

Threesome: Shoes-- ...and how about your favorite pair of shoes? You know, the ones you look for an occasion to wear! (Yes, guys that ratty pair of tennis shoes does count...) I've got this great pair of dress sandals (with 3 inch heels!) that I bought for Kat's wedding--they've served me well since then. They straps have got a really cool line to them, and they look good with long, short, or knee-length skirts, which is always a challenge to find something that goes with all of them. Besides, they were only $20 or so, so how can you go wrong with that?!

One year ago today: The smell of Noxzema pads takes me back to Oak Hall, just outside of London, getting ready for bed in the room that Janel, Chelsea, and I were sharing the second time we were there.
